Hope Free Reformed Church

Hope Reformed Church is a congregation of the Free Reformed Churches of North America meeting in Powassan, Ontario, Canada. Lord’s day worship services are being held at the Powassan Legion at 62 King Street at 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM. You are welcome to stay at the Legion between services for coffee and fellowship. Feel free to bring a snack or a lunch! Check website for location updates.  

Corner Gospel Church

is located 10 minutes from our camp. Service Times: Sunday Morning 11:00 am. (10:30 am) for July & August. Sunday Evening 6:30 pm.

THE VILLAGE

Restoule is a small tourist village located on Highway 534. Restoule is known for its Provincial Park and scenic hiking trails. There are many small businesses within the village for your convenience.

Boards Honey Farm

Have been keeping bees in the North since 1974.  The honeybee is an amazing creature. Here on the farm they produce a diverse inventory of tasty, healthy and useful products. What they extract, prepare or make contains something from the hive: honey, beeswax, pollen, propolis or royal jelly.

Stonethrow Pottery

Our quiet hilltop studio has a pristine west facing view of Commanda Lake, nestled in the heart of the Loring Restoule area. This feeds us with on going inspiration to create wonderful bodies of work in the clay. Upon arriving you will be welcomed by the grand red pines that over look the rolling fields in front of the shop. Our store is truly a little Canadian treasure. Everything sold in our store is made here on site and we strive to buy our materials as locally as possible. Come and enjoy browsing quietly in our great little store and take in the serenity of our Northern Paradise.
