RENTAL RATES FOR SUMMER 2025 COTTAGES

Rentals from Saturday to Saturday. No Sunday arrivals or departures. Our rates are shown daily but 7 nights still apply for prime season weeks. A $300 deposit is required for each cottage reservation and a $50 deposit for each campsite reservation.

CAMP SITES
Daily Campsites available with the exception of Site #1 & 3 which are only weekly.
No Sunday arrivals or departures (no set up or takedowns).

BOAT & MOTOR RENTALS

Please note that all boaters who do not have a boater's license are required to fill out and sign a Rental Boat Safety Checklist form. Please click the link to download print form:

A $100/weekly plus HST docking fee applies or a daily docking fee of $20/day plus HST for each boat & for $50/weekly plus HST for each sea doo or small craft you are bringing.

Cancellation Policy: If there are extenuating circumstances where it is necessary for you to cancel, a $100.00 administration fee will apply for cottage cancellation and a $50.00 fee will apply for campsites. If you cancel and we cannot fill your cottage reservation with new guests, you will forfeit your full $300 deposit for cottage cancellations.

OFF SEASON SPECIALS (discounts do not apply to holiday weekends)

Our off season is after the long weekend in May; prior to school ending in June and again after the long weekend in September when school begins; prior to Thanksgiving Weekend. Dates vary from year to year.

Three bedroom cottages $1085 +HST (based on $155/night)
Magnolia Lodge $1295 +HST(based on $185/night)
Magnolia Lower Lodge $805+HST(based on $115/night)
Regular Campsites reduced by $10/per night for off season.
